Bangkok- 15 March 2009 Mr. Adisak Rohitasune (left), Executive Vice President of Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd. received the ASEAN Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award for year 2009, in recognition of his professionalism and contributions which have made a great positive impact on the country.  The Award was granted from the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations - AFEO at the 27th Conference of ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (CAFEO 27) in Singapore represented by Ms. Lee Bee Wah

The ASEAN Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award was created to confer recognition to outstanding engineers’ achievements within ASEAN countries. The award will be given to an organization or persons responsible for an outstanding engineering project in the ASEAN region. The awards are granted annually at the Conference of ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (CAFEO) which is hosted on a rotating basis among the ten ASEAN member countries which are Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
